Every safeguard of an American surrogacy program, with pricing you can actually understand. The standards we hold protect both parties: the person carrying your child, and you.
Most agencies will not give you a number until you have booked a call. Ours are on this page. Your program price is fixed in United States dollars and confirmed in your services agreement. Exchange rate movement does not change it. Every cost is named before you sign.
We work in Mexico City, and nowhere else
One set of clinics we have chosen, one legal team, one hospital standard. Agencies spread across several Mexican states are managing different courts and different rules in each one. Your parentage is settled before your baby is born, by a court order drafted by an attorney who served in Mexico’s Supreme Court.
You are not billed for every appointment
A family whose pregnancy needs an extra scan should not pay more than a family whose pregnancy does not. Your surrogate receives $450,000 MXN base plus standard benefits in every program, every time. Ask any other agency what their surrogate is paid.

Pick your program, then tick anything you want priced in advance. Every figure here is published, so none of it can arrive as a surprise. The costs you pay other providers directly carry no fee and no margin from us, and most families spend an additional $15,000 to $30,000 on them depending on embryo path and travel.
Every program includes all of the following, without exception:
- Her compensation, $450,000 MXN base plus standard benefits
- Her health insurance and her life insurance
- Her own independent attorney, and sixteen counselling sessions
- Her medical care, screening through delivery, with up to three transfers
- A private Mexico City hospital for her and for your baby
- The doctors’ own fees, honorarios médicos, included
- Mexican legal and the judicial parentage order
- Birth certificate and civil registration
- Independent U.S. escrow with an open ledger
- A case manager you can reach
You pay in three milestones as your journey moves forward, never all at once. Signature: $14,000 at signing, then $31,000 at match and medical clearance, which is $14,000 to us and $17,000 into your protected account, then $50,000 at legal clearance. Keystone: $29,000 at signing, then $46,000 at match and medical clearance, which is $29,000 to us and $17,000 into your protected account, then $50,000 at legal clearance. Your money is held in a protected account by an independent company in the United States, not by us. An egg or sperm donor, IVF and genetic testing are paid directly to your clinic or donor program. We are a surrogacy agency and nothing else, so we take no fee and no margin on that work. Creating your embryos through our partner clinic carries a $5,000 Embryo Creation Guidance fee, paid to us at signing.
