What's Included

Full Agency Management — $28,000

You receive comprehensive case management from match through passport and return home. This includes:

• Surrogate recruitment and medical pre-screening
• Psychological evaluation and background review
• Match coordination

Surrogate Compensation Package — Approximately $38,000

Our compensation model is structured, transparent, and positioned at the higher end of the Mexico market. We are committed to valuing the carrier and her commitment to the process. The package includes:

• $25,000 base compensation
• Monthly allowances throughout pregnancy
• Life insurance coverage
• Travel reimbursement for medical appointments
• C-section protection (if medically necessary)
• Multiples compensation (if necessary)
• Bedrest support (if medically necessary)

Medical (Frozen Embryo Transfer Only, No Egg Retrieval) — Approximately $13,000

Because embryos have already been created, medical services are limited to the components required to complete a transfer:

• Embryo import permit
• International courier shipment
• Transfer medications
• Frozen embryo transfer (FET) cycle

Legal & Documentation — Approximately $14,000

Legal planning is addressed before transfer and includes:

• Drafting of the surrogacy agreement
• Independent legal counsel for the surrogate
• Parentage strategy, including amparo pathway where applicable
• Birth certificate registration
• Passport and exit documentation support

This ensures legal clarity is established proactively and managed through delivery and return home.

Assurances

The refund applies to agency fees only and establishes clear financial boundaries.
